Segling är en svårt sport. Det gäller att ha tålamod. Förra onsdagen gick det sådär men idag gick det desto bättre. Seglade in på en preliminär 9:onde plats av cirka 50 startande. Det var fina förhållanden med stabila 6 sekundmeter från väst. Naturligtvis lite byigt och stråkigt. Det är ju ändå Fjåset vi seglar på.
Magnus Höglund, jag och Gustav Dahlberg loggade racet med våra klockor. Nu kan ni också se vilket ben som är vilket då sträckan är numrerad från ett och uppåt. Gustav hade grym otur och bröt övermasten på fjärde kryssen då han ledde. Surt!
Denna gång hade jag även på pulsbandet till Garminklockan. Under 105 minuter seglade jag 7.3 sjömil med en snittpuls på 147 slag/min. Det är inte så mycket lägre puls än vad jag har på ett cykelpass. Bra träning således.
Förhoppningsvis får Magnus till en liten film där vi kör allas våra tre spår parallellt.
