I söndags bjöd Annas pappa Lasse på svenskt kulturarv av världsklass och en härlig seglats i sin fina Nordiska 5 1/2:a (S-36) Carmencita. 5 sekundmeter och sol på Mälaren är inte dumt i en träbåt i absolut bästa skick. Carmis kryssar förstås som en gudinna och vi fick en härlig bonnkryss till Göta SS klubbholme Jungfruholmarna. Där bjöds på mat, öl, kaffe och andra godsaker. Sedan länsade vi tillbaks till Långholmen. På hemvägen låg jag på fördäck och njöt av den enorma finishen på däcket byggt i Oregon Pine i härligt Mälar-solljus. Det här med välkryssande träbåtar är ju inte dumt alls! Härligt att ligga där och lyssna på stävvågen medan öarna flög förbi på nära avstånd medan Anna och Lasse satt och tjattrade i den aktre sittbrunnen som jag tycker påminner om en gammal sportbils cockpit.
